My family went for breakfast and on the menu it showed orange juice I a carafe for $4.99 unlimited refill. We drank one and proceeded to ask for another. When we got the bill we were charged for it. I showed the waitress the menu and she said there was nothing she could do.

I asked for the manager and he also stated the same. When I asked for IHOP's customer service I called then and there. I was told they couldn't help at the time but would get back to me. I'm still waiting.

As I was leaving I over heard another waitress state that "no problem they don't care anyways".

Truly sad that this is the way they run there business.
