From: Bonnie RE: Norton Internet Security 2003 - can't get product to work - the only help available from Noton via phone is at a cost I downloaded this product, selected default on the firewall section, and it has caused programs not to work, websites unaccessible (including symantec service site for help) and uninstalling the product has proven impossible - the Norton Internet Security dialog box doesn't even appear correctly or wholly and is frozen to use - the only help I can get via your service tele. # is at a cost

- I feel I should not have to pay for a product that has proven defective - one of your representatives admitted that there is a conflict with this product and Windows 98 - that I should pay for tech. support - and that other customers are experiencing the same problems - another rep. said she never heard there is a conflict

- I have requested twice in a week time-frame for the form for returns to be mailed to my friend's p.c. since I am unable to print a message in my mailbox now - nothing has arrived, even though it was to be sent in 15 mins.

- I tried getting on the service.com/techsupp from another p.c. and the help offered solved nothing - now I am stuck with a product I can't even uninstall - at this point I'm going to contact The Better Business Bureau for help - my time is valuable and this has been a time-consuming, disappointing experience from a so-called reputable Co. such as yours -

Bonnie
