I thought I would write re: my recent experience with Macy's.com I ordered 2 gift cards in denominations of $50.00 and $150.00 as Christmas presents for my son and duaghter-in-law. I ordered in plenty of time to make it to their home before Christmas. It became a nightmare. One arrived, the other never did, despite the fact that I cancelled the first and ordered again. There was no tracking. Each time I tried to call and email, I was told it would arrive or never responded

to at all. Talk about RUDE! They could not have cared less! It took over one month to get my account credited. THis was truly the worse shopping experience I've evr had. Their VP of Customer Svc. was obnoxious and non-caring. I will never shop there again and recommedn you don't either.
