AOL - can't seem to get aol.com to cancel service</font> <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">after double billing for three months i have make phone call after another to aol to cancel service and get a credit for overpayment.
Complaints.com received the following consumer message on January 1, 2003:

aol refuses to cancel services or issue a credit card credit and will only allow that once my account that has been prepaid due to double billing expires they will then cancel.this i dont believe and as a consumer why does this company refuse to cancel the rotton service thay have lured me into.my advise never sign on to aol.
