Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 31, 2002:

I ordered a camcorder a week before Christmas. They called me the next day to tell me the battery and battery charger that come with the camera were not good ones and they sold me "better" ones. Also they tried to sell me everything else they could think of. Then 5 days later they called again to try to sell me more.
They charged me over DOUBLE for shipping from what their ad said. (They added 3% to the order and said it was to make sure it got to my door, then added another $5 making the $24.50 shipping charge $50.95.) That's when I cancelled the order. Now 8 days AFTER I cancelled the order I checked their "order tracking" and the order is still "processing."
I have written them 5 times asking them why my order has not been cancelled and the have yet to reply.
I won't do any more DEALZ with these guys!
