Please be advised that I placed an order with Kingsize Direct on Jan 2 for a gift to be given on Jan 8. I paid an additional $20 for expedited service My UPS deliveries have arrived and the merchandise was not received. I called customer service and the rep did not even track the order.

 

She matter of factly told me that UPS had up til 8pm tonight to deliver my package. She would not credit me the additional $ I paid to have this shipped quickly. She was not at all helpful and I am very upset with the customer service from this company I will never place orders with Kingsize Direct again. Gayle Dinnerman

I am with you they debited my card i have bits and pieces of clothing Chase shut card down because of multiply billings missing items could they care less real less.Said they would credit card and lied.I am out 974.96. They never credited my account. Now it all about paper trail and customer service a Joke. I have my paper trail
