Last October I ordered a bottle of cologne from a special order on my e-mail, www.smellrealgreat.com. I paid with my American Express card. I waited and waited and never received it. Finally I got in touch with this e-mail person that was in my records, Email User He was in contact with me for at least 2 months or so telling me to wait and wait. The item never arrived. I paid my credit card and my last e-mail to him was that the item was never received and that I was tired of waiting and back and forth with e-mails that I demanded a credit. He just ignored me with saying to what you want. I do not feel this right, if an offer comes through the e-mail base and you take advantage of it and never receive the item, they should be responsible. I became tired in communicating with him; therefore I decided to investigate a complaint site where I found you and hope you can help me. If you need further information, I can find some other information on my credit card statement. I can only give you and order #117523 which I have referencing with him all this time.
