Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 7, 2002:

worldcom wireless - unable to conact company to return 2 phones within 30 days

 

this is a complaint about "world com wireless". i received 2 phones with the understanding that i could return them in 30 days. i tried numerous times to contact them with no success. you can never get them on the phone, i try everyday. did manage once to talk to a person who was of no help.

 

i asked to speak to a manager and was refused. i asked for a phone number to call the manager and was again refused. i want these phones returned and my service stopped. im being charged for calls that should not be on my bill. i even tried to e-mail them with address on bill, there is no such e - mail address.im being ripped off and can't get any help on this matter to resolve it.

 

the answering message is the same every day,, that due to high call volume call another time,,,well i have tried to do that at all different times with no results. do i need to get a attorney to resolve this matter ? this is very upsetting to me and is causing stress.
