Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 6, 2002:

WorldCom Wireless - continue to charge for account not in use, unable to contact WorldCom

 

Worldcom Wireless has been charging me for an account that has not been in use since late July.

 

They continue to send me billing statements, regardless of the closed account, and are charging me for services I did not receive. I have tried to contact them via telephone and e/mail to no avail. Any suggestions?
