Deqar Sir, For over two years I have been dealing with true green chem lawn out of Pensacola Florida. The person in charge here is Chris Dewberry, ( Unless that has changed in the last several days.) I have tried for two yers to get my lawn in good order. True green has replaced my lawn once, and they should have to replace it again.

Two years ago I had a lawn put in St Augustine pallets, I then hired True Green to keep it nice. Even thought they came out every monthe and sometimes every week, my lawn did not thrive, and in fact the cinch bugs and the fungus ate it up.

Now bear in mind that I called them at least twice a week. Well after much trouble, they replaced my lawn, at that time, I told them whatever it took I wanted to keep that lawn.

Everytime that I called them their response time was usually more than 72 hours and sometimes was a week, that was with me calling at least every-other day. During that time I saw no less that 4 new people that came and took care? of my lawn.

Each new person related that the old person no longer worked there. (What is wrong with this picture?) Everytime that I called the person in charge, I got a little better service. Now my lawn is once again dead, I called many times and got little response. I have a well so I watered appropriately, I had every treatment that was reccommeded done.

This last time I got a notice that said that they had received my notice that I had terminated my service. I did no such thing and when I finally tracked it down, it was a mistake, because I had not paid my bill for my shrub and tree service. I have no such service. When they researched it they did find that out. So therefore, I also find out that they treated my shrubs and trees instead of my lawn.

I also took a sample down to the county and in fact I still did have fungus. I am so upset about the care? that I have received, that I do not know where to start. Please feel free to call at 850-995-1503 or at 850-572-1687, Also the county could not detect any chemical that should have been present to kill fungus. Do you think that they maybe did not use what they should have?
