Thickening Spray Product

I purchased an 8 oz. bottle of your thickening spray from my local beauty salon a few weeks ago. After following the directions and using the spray for only about 1 week I noticed a horrible side effect - I WAS LOSING MY HAIR!

There was a whole clump full of hair in the drainer of the shower every morning! It was an absolute terrifying experience! Just to make sure the spray was in fact the problem, I stopped using it for the next couple of days and I was not seeing a clump full of hair in the shower drainer as before. I am very disappointed in having to experience this loss of hair from a product that is supposed to do the opposite - THICKEN my hair, not make it FALL OUT!!! I am very concerned for all the others who are currently using this product and losing their hair as well.

I will make sure to contact the salon as well as friends of mine and warn them of this so-called professional hair product that claims to THICKEN hair! Is there any reason for this? Have other people complained of this same matter? A quick response and/or a brief explanation as to why this happened would be greatly appreciated. Very Dissatisfied Customer,
