MCI customer service / billing - unable to get real person to cancel service, on hold 2.5 hours
Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 2, 2002:

MCI customer service / billing - unable to get real person to cancel service, on hold 2.5 hours
have been unable to get a real person to cancel my service. I call and have had to wait 2 1/2 hrs and then hung up, more than just a little upset.
I cannot deal with a company that has no interest pleasing the customer. So I choose not to pay the bill. I have asked (on the bills) to please cancel this service. No luck!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent.
