FREE I-REWARDS.com - non shipment of order

Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 22, 2002:

FREE I-REWARDS.com - non shipment of order

the company FREE I-REWARDS.com the product nortons anti virus/tool i placed an order (#261705) for some software in DEC,a few weeks later i e mailed the company asking for a refund on the order due to the non delivery of it and i did not need the software any longer.

The next day i rcvd an email telling me that they could not refund the charges because they had JUST shipped the package and i should be receiving it in a few days ,two weeks passed and emailed again with my request for a refund due to non delivery ,

this time thay said it MAY take a month to get the shipment.i will be close to 3 months before i even see this package.
