Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 22, 2002:

Frigidare-Refrigerator - unable to submit complaint on Frigidaire Web site, form not functioning the website for frigidare allows you to complete their online complaint form to recover costs of lost freezer foods. But when you get to the end to submit it states the website is not repsonding and wipes out the work you did on the complaint form.

bummer.

Need a fax to number.

And they do not reimburse for refrigerator foods only freezer foods.
