Maytag dryer - poor performance, screeching noise

Maytag dryer - poor performance, screeching noise I am so sorry that I ever bought a Maytag dryer. Every time I dry things I end up having to hang things up before they dry, since it wrinkles them so bad. I had a Kenmore dryer before and I never hung up any clothing. Now I am hearing a loud screeching noise. My husband did replace the heating element in the Kenmore 1 time in 20 years. Now with this Maytag we have this screeching sound.

We never had this problem with our Kenmore. What is the deal in the quality you claim to have? I cannot recommend Maytag to anyone.
