Nextel - phone activation

Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 18, 2002:

Nextel - phone activation I've been trying to get my Nextel service activated on my phone (particularly the nextel web service) 2 weeks later, I have finally found someone who could help me.

The number I called was (678) 966-2195. I could not find this number anywhere on their website (it was given to me by a friend).

The tech I spoke with was knowledgable and fix my problem quickly, however, I was interrogated about where I got the number from. I hope everyone with tech problems uses this number now.
