Super Capacity G.E. Washing Machine - broken after three weeks, getting repair, not new machine

we bought a super capacity g.e. washing machine in early november we had it not even three weeks and it stopped spinning. i called g.e. and told them if this machine is a lemon i don't want it they said we don't replace appliances- we fix them but you cannot return them this was nov. 28 .

now the machine isn't draining or spinning back to the g.e custumer care line-- which is an oxymoron by the way.the repairman is due out here next week--

g.e seems not to care about their customers, they do not stand behind their products, and think that my time is worth nothing because i have to spend it waiting for the repairman. do not buy g.e. anything--you'll be sorry!!!!!!!

I have the same issue with my GE supercapacity washing machine. It worked fine the first 5 or 6 months that we had it, but then one day I went in to change a load of laundry out and all of my clothes were heaped in the bottom with downey and laundry soap all over them, they wash cycle NEVER completed. The spine cycle never even started and when I tried to start a new load of laundry it picked up in the middle of an agitate cycle.

Not to mention the countless nubmer of times that the washing machine has filled with water and then just sat there for 20 - 30 minutes not doing anything.

I have already had a the repair man out to fix it twice, they replaced the timer and the water level switch and here I am 2 months out of my warranty and 2 months from the last time someone was at my house fixing it and it is broken again/

The only choices I have is to pay someone $350.00 to fix it - which is how much I paid for the stupid washing machine in the first place - or spend another $350 on a different machine. Guaranteed I will NEVER buy another GE product again and I will make sure no one I know does either.
