Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 18, 2002:

Magazine Circulation II subscription service - paid for, but did not receive Allure Magazine subscription I too have had a bad experience with the Circulation II magazine subscription service. This woman came to my friend's apartment selling subscriptions.
I purchased one for 'Allure' magazine for forty dollars. They cashed my check almost immediately and I have yet to receive a magazine. This was over six months ago. I was not sure as what to do either.
