pepsi - flat can that has 8 months left on expiration date

I bought a pepsi can today at work 1-17-02 and it was flat real bad the can number is 11216a3be the due date on it is 9-23-02.

It still had 8 months left, so please do somthing about this i buy pepsi all the time.
