This a copy of the letter being directed to At&t. Can not believe they could not resolve my problem. I have purchased a new phone from the within the past 30 days and have called customer service a few times. And can't get my phone activated. What can I say about the service?
It "sucks", can't even make a phone call and they ask me to fax over a copy of my drivers license and for what? AT&T is truly in dying times. January 12, 2002 AT& T customer service Dear AT&T Wireless: This in regards to my phone acct# 626 991-8909, acct # 027-51828804. I have this phone about 30 days and unable to make calls. I have contacted customer service a few times already and they have asked for me fax a photocopy of drivers license.
My phone has not been used once as of yet since I was unable to make phone calls because the phone is not activated. I am quite upset with your customer service, which could not help me, outs and cant believe the run around I am receiving from your company.
For such a large company as yours, you should have more solutions to my problem, I can now understand why your company is in the shape its in. I expect to have this matter resolved as well as an apologize for the way I have been treated. Sincerely, Yu Lee
