pella windows - replacement windows did not fit, poor service

pella windows - replacement windows did not fit, poor service

My husband and I thought long and hard on where to purchase replacement windows. We thought with Pellas reputation this would be a good choice. We saved up some monies to buy 5 replacement windows. We made sure on how to measure and to get the proper sizes we needed.

We got our windows and 3 of them were suppose to be the same size-they were even smaller than what the label said. Another window was to small by an inch.

Pella said they might consider replacing that one-cause by the way they figured the sizes by there cut backs it was way off. But the 3 that were suppose to be the same size-one is the smallest and off a 1/4 inch they won;t replace those. The others 1/8 and 2/8 of an inch I belive they won;t replace either. They say it would not matter. But it does instead of having the window sit behind the sill it sits on top.

We are so frustrated with them and they were suppose to call my husband back on the one they were suppose to replace-the others they said we would have to deal with Lowes. Lowes is not the ones that messed up-it was pella.

Now we are out 2000 for these windows and would of been better off keeping our old ones cause why replace if the new ones don;t seal anyways.

Don;t buy from Pella they don;t care about there customers! I can not belive they think they can get away with this!
