I have had nothing but problems with the customer service at MCI WORLDCOM WIRELESS. I have spent over 20+hours trying to get through to the company and over 2 hours on hold when they actually had a open line.
To have the rep tell me I signed a 2yr. contract which I know I only agreed to a 1yr. and that was done over the phone. I asked him to show me a contract I signed and he says oh you have to show us where you only agreed to 1yr.
Their computer says I agreed to 2yrs, but they can't show me anything and they do not respond to anything. I would definately never recommend them not even if they were the last company on earth. They truly are a headache and if you go to there web-site and try to get help from anyone its not there department.
When I was on hold for 2 hours the lady said I can't help you this is the wrong area. My 6 yr. old can do more than all of them put together. DO NOT USE MCI WORLDCOM WITHOUT BUYING 5 BOTTLES OF ADVIL!
