DISH Network - downgrading or and sidegrading fee but no upgrading fee I found the following on the back of our billing statement from DISH Network: "Any downgrades or sidegrades to programming will have a $5 transaction fee. There is no fee for upgrading." I could understand if DISH Network charged to UPgrade programming, but charging to DOWNgrade it? I find that utterly ridiculous!!!! I also found it interesting that while we send our payment to an address in Pasadena, California, if we send any written correspondence to DISH Network, the back of the billing statement states to send it to an address in Northglenn, COLORADO! Thanks for letting me vent my frustration with this issue. Mrs. B.
