PrimeTV - not returning calls, unable to have installer get system installed - want refund / credit

I ordered satellite TV on 12/10. The equipment was left on my porch 12/14.

I was unable to get the installer to follow instructions to have it installed. I spoke with Cliff at PrimeTV and after much discussion he agreed to refund me the full amount placed on my American Express Credit Card and to have the equipment picked up. I have not heard from Cliff nor am I able to talk to any other live voice that will help me at Prime TV.

I have also left messages on Jeff's voice mail. My next action is to involve the credit card company and who ever else I think who might be able to help me. All I want is the equipment picked up and a credit issued. Please contact me as soon as possible. Mary Sue [email protected]
