Vanguard Airlines - triple charged credit card

 

Vanguard triple-charged my credit card for the same trip and some of the charges weren't even the same. My credit card company is having a hard time with getting them to rectify (or own up to) the errors they made.

 

On top of that, even though we were inside the security area (after having gone through understandable intense security) where there was no food available, they delayed the flight four hours and didn't even feed us anything but their "snacks."

 

The flight attendants were appalled themselves at the inhumane treatment and one snuck my son an extra snack out of pity because he was starving at 4:00 p.m. having not eaten since 7:00 a.m.

 

I WILL NEVER FLY THEM AGAIN.
