Ibuypower Computer Corporation - computer did not work new out of box

Ibuypower Computer Corporation - computer did not work new out of box

To: Ibuypower I am writing in the hope that you will be able to address my complaint about the performance at Ibuypower Computer Corporation. This has caused me a great deal of frustration. Here's why I'm writing. I purchased an Ibuypower computer over the phone on 11/20/01 and have had nothing but problems since then . When I first received the unit on 12/11/01, I hooked it up , turn it on but It don’t work and I could smell something electrical.

At this point I turn it off and looked it over I notice that the bottom had a big dent in it . This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my children and I had no choose but to send it back on 12/13/01 and have no gift for my children on Christmas.

This was cold hearted, A real Computer Corporation would have sent a new one out at once, but not Ibuypower .They have my money and the Computer and I still have no Computer nor has my credit card been reimburse. It is know 1/09/01 and has been 27 days since I sent it back .I have called back 4 times but just got the runaround.

There should be a law against this. I have paid $1249.00 for a new computer and that is what I expect to get. Not a junk that has been rebuilt. Just because a computer corporation takes out a big add in a popular magazine dose not make them a competent computer corporation. I am dissatisfied with your company , You should know that I probably won't buy products from your company again. Also, I plan to tell my friends about this negative experience. They should sent me a new computer as I ordered or reimburse. my credit card now!!!! Thank you for taking the time to read this. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
