WorldCom Wireless Pain - inconsistent billing, unable to get itemized billing # 3 for January 10, 2002
Complaints.com received the following e-message on January 9, 2002:

I am a bussiness owner who has [or should I say had ] WorldCom as a carrier. After receiveing several bills at different intervals for different amounts I quit receiving bills altogether.
I have repeadily tried to call their 800 number with no success. On one or two occassions when getting through their Rep's were rude and uncooperative. All I need to pay my bill was an itemized bill, which to this day I can't get one.
Well I guess the bad publisity is easier than pleasing your customers. Because they just shut off my service. I am more than willing to pay my bill if I would just receive one. Is that to much to ask of a company.
All of my clients want an itemized bill so they can review the charges. That is fair and proper in my book. That is all I am asking for.
Not paying the bill will go against my credit history, which I don't want. What's a person to do? If you have an answer please E-Mail me back at Email User .
