Then you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to include your real email address under the Your Info section of the complaint form! Otherwise we can't send you the email confirmation. The number is referenced in the first, email verification email and the second, posted live confirmation message. That's about it! Anyone that posts a complaint has complete control over his or her own message. A message author can edit or delete his or her own message at any time.
Or, you can email us your complaint, by clicking on the "Email" link on the Complaints.com home page. That's fine too. If you do that, you will receive a confirmation email in which you must click on the POST link for your message to get posted. You will also receive a confirmation that your message is live, and you are given the exact location (URL) of your message on Complaints.com. You can, of course, edit and / or delete your message at any time, Save both emails that we send you. The first email you can use to edit your message at any time. The second email explains how to DELETE your message: send an email to admin@complaints.com with instruction to delete your message and give the message number assigned to your message (this number is referenced in both emails that we send you).
For posting Business Replies, it can either be Typed or Emailed and the email verification process and message going live confirmation process is the same.
