I was blown away by the service at the Tim Horton's drive through window (401 at Winston Churchill) this morning. I ordered a large regular coffee, large chocolate milk and a few donuts, as usual. I was told that chocolate milk wasn't served at the drive through, I'd have to come in the store to get it. When challenged as to why that was, I was informed it was a manager's rule. Ok fine.
I asked for a large regular milk instead, and was given my total and told to drive to the first window. My head nearly exploded! Can someone PLEASE tell me why I can't get chocolate milk at the drive through but regular milk is ok???
