Time Warner Cable, service in NY, NY - NBA TV channel changed to a non-stop Sport In-Demand commercial - no longer have NBA TV channel and miss it

Flushing, NY 11355 Dear Research Manager, I am a Time Warner Cable customer here in lower Manhattan. For two years, since I've had digital cable, my favorite channel has been the NBA TV channel, channel 400 here in the West Village. Its quality of programming prompted me to even buy the Sports In-Demand NBA package 2 years in a row now. However, after I returned from my Christmas and New Years holiday trips 3 weeks ago I found that the NBA TV channel had been changed to a non-stop Sports In-Demand commercial!

The content, talk, and post-game wrap-ups by the NBA TV channel are sorely missed. Also, this change by your office limits the value of the NBA package. Why did this happen? Aren't things supposed to be getting better with my cable? PLEASE restore the NBA TV channel to my channel lineup! Sincerely, Harry Nagle
