I recently sent a payment of $14.67 for a delivery of Silkies that I'd waited too long to return, but as I don't want to continue to receive the project I wrote "cancel" on the bill as instructed. I was recently called from the company, put on hold twice, and finally hung up out of frustration. Please cancel the account you have set up for me as I do not wish to continue receiving the product or to remain on your mailing list. The account number was 100326175-2.
