Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 26, 2003:

I purchased some software on-line from BestBuy.com for $55 on 2/7/03, and never received the product. I contacted the company on 2/19 to report it and was told I needed to wait until 2/24, if I had not received the product to file a case number with them to resolve this.
I asked to cancel the order and for a credit , but was denied. I called on 2/24 to again report I had not received the product, asked to cancel the order and for a credit , but was denied. I was given a case number and was told I would be contacted via e-mail.
I received and e-mail on 2/26 stating the post office showed this had been delivered on 2/15 and was given a tracking number to call the post office to try and track the shipping of this item. I called customer care, asked them to cancel this order and refund my money and was denied. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was denied. A new case number was issued, unknown what this company will do now.
