Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 26, 2003:

I've written DVD.com at least weekly since July because I didn't recieve my order. My checking account reflects that $22.72 was deducted, but I didn't recieve my order. My order number is: 03134879 and my order date was 06/23/02. My customer number for this order is: 23325245 The reason I'm writing is because they will not respond after sending them at least 20 emails asking where my order is and why they won't respond to me.
I wrote to them a couple of days ago and stated that if they continue to ignore my request for satisfaction, I would start posting my displeasure at different sites. This is my first stop.
It is not the money, but the principle. I purchase dozens of movies and concerts on DVD most every month (at local retailers and on-line) so $22.72 is nothing; but getting ignored after they used my Visa to deduct the amount is just aggravating.
