Having just been called a [bad name] by the service technician working in car audio installation on Feb. 26th 2003, at the Best Buy in Greenville, SC, I would highly recommend purchasing and especially having car audio equipment installed elsewhere.
Not only was my dash broken by the installer, my old cd player (that had worked) was broken and demolished by the installer. The installer then laughed at me and told me I shouldn't complain because Best Buy would fix it. When I asked to speak to a manager, he became rude, and eventually, called me a [bad name]. Best Buy has lost my business forever.
