The product was purchased as "Spice" and is, in fact, a dark pink-brown. Being a redhead, I have worn spice shades all my life, and this is not it.
I would be happy to return it to the corp. at my own expense and see if I could get a response or my $7 back! I can't find a product with an address on it or a phone #.
