GMAC Smartlease - billed $ 436 at end of lease - can't get explanation of charge despite making phone call and writing letter - continue to be harassed with collection with phone calls and letters - account turned over to collection agency</font> <p><fon

RE: GMAC Smartlease - billed $ 436 at end of lease - can't get explanation of charge despite making phone call and writing letter - continue to be harassed with collection with phone calls and letters - account turned over to collection agency At end of 3 year lease GMAC billed me $400 + tax but would not specify why. Just that $436.00 bill with no further explanation. They have harassed me for over 10 months with phone calls & threatening letters and finally turned it over to a collection service.
Still they have not told me why I owe them $436.00. I have asked (by phone & letter) for details but have received nothing, just their constant billing along with constant threats of ruining my credit..
