Inkout.com - paid for 5 ink cartridges and only received 3 cartridges - have contacted Inkout many times without success

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 26, 2003:

RE: Inkout.com - paid for 5 ink cartridges and only received 3 cartridges - have contacted Inkout many times without success On Sept. 10, 2002, i purchased 5 ink cartridges from inkout. i only received 3, (all that would fit in the size box i received). i have written and called the company so many times i have lost count. i have received emails from Michael Fischer stating that he would take care of it or that he would make sure it was sent out, but i have not ever received a return phone call from anyone. i still do not have my goods. i am in the process of contacting my credit card company to recoop the money.
