RE: HCI Direct - Silkies - billed for pantyhose that didn't order - threatened by collection agency

HCI direct has billed me for pantyhose I supposedly ordered. I had a car accident over 4 years ago and had spinal cord injury . I now wear braces on both legs and barely walks.

Why on earth would I need a pantyhose?

These people are scams. They threaten to sue me if I did not pay. Is there a legal recourse to this?
