RE: 1998 Chevrolet Lumina - Headgasket failure at 60,000 miles - 3800 series V-6 engine I own a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina. Last year I had to replace the engine due to head-gasket failure. The car only had 60,000 miles on it. This should not have happened. I feel I should be reimbursed, of the cost of the engine I had to replace, due to a faulty head-gasket.
