Subway, Eufaula, AL - ran out of bread - couldn't order any sandwiches

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 25, 2003:

RE: Subway, Eufaula, AL - ran out of bread - couldn't order any sandwiches I went to the Subway in Eufaula, Alabama on Feb 25th at 6:00 pm to get sandwiches. I know it was 2 for Tuesday but my gosh they shouldn`t run out of bread that soon. All they were serving were salads!! They had only one table full in the entire place.

I left and took my business across the street and the rest of the customers felt the same way I did. They should plan to have the things they need to run their business. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It`s going to give ya a bad name and people aren`t going to go there to eat. I would not like knowing I was paying someone to just stand there and serve salad, I can get a salad at home. Please talk to whom ever to clear this up.
