THREE WEEKS AGO I PURCHASED PCCILLIN FROM TREND MICRO 1 MONTH AGO AND THE PRICE WAS TO BE $29.95 AND THE ACTUAL PRICE ON CREDIT CARD WAS $84.95. ON TOP OF THIS THE DOWNLOAD CRASHED MY WINDOWS PROGRAM, WHEN THE SCAN WAS COMPLETED. IT COST ANOTHER $30.00 TO HAVE WINDOWS RELOADED.

 

NO VIRUS WAS DETECTED. I MADE OVER 20 - 800 CALLS BEFORE I FINALLY CONTACTED A PERSON AT THE GENERAL OFFICES WHO SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A DISC TO REPLACE THE DOWNLOAD THAT I LOST.

 

I RECEIVED THIS DISC ON THE 21ST OF FEB. THEY DID NO INCLUDE A KEY TO OPERATE THE DISC AND TO DATE I AM OUT OVER $125.00 WITHOUT THE COST TIME TO RELOAD ALL PROGRAMS LOST AND RE-DOWNLOADS OF WEB PROGRAMS LOST WHEN WINDOWS CRASHED.PLEASE ADVISE IF FURTHER INFORMATIONIS REQUIRED AND WHAT RECOURSE I HAVE.

 

I CANNOT REACH THEM BY E-MAIL OR PHONE. NO OTHER CONTACT DATA IS AVAILABLE TO ME.
