Buyer Be Ware. Sprint Bait and Switch on phone plan minutes. Please Join Class Action Law Suit. “PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE – ANYONE THINKING OF USING SPRINT PCS – STOP IMMEDIATELY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” I recently decided against my better judgment to upgrade a phone plan to 3000 minutes and add a phone with someone else. This actually was supposed to cost less money and provide more minutes than 2 single phone plans. On Feb, 7 th 2003 I called customer service and changed my phone plan to 3000 minutes and added a second phone.

I was told not to check my plan until after a billing cycle as the computer system would not reflect the correct information. My billing cycle being the 22nd of the month. Well here I am today the 24th, I just checked my account and spent 30 minutes arguing with Martha ID # MROSEN03 from customer disservice. Here is how illegal, deceptive, appalling, disgusting this company is. 1. My plan changes took place on the 7th of feb by phone (in which I agreed to 3000 minutes and new 1 yr contract by recording my voice) 2. As of today I have only 2000 minutes and I am told that I agreed to this, however nothing can be verified. (No one can play the recorded information and Martha has told me that although there are many notes in my account, she is unwilling to read them word for word and that all I need to know is that 2000 minutes is what I agreed to) 3. The plan I agreed to was available on Feb 7th 2003, however I did not agree to that plan. 4. As of Feb 16th 2003 new plans went into effect 3000 minutes would now cost $125.00 5. Plans cannot be backdated, and therefore there is nothing I can do but pay for what Sprint says I agreed to. I have news for you Sprint. I absolutely will not stop until I have what I agreed to. Anyone willing to join a Class Action Law Suit against sprint please respond to this message.
