I went to cutting crew friday eve to get ONLY sides of hair trimmed to be rounded instead of straight and stylist would not listen to what i wanted, assumed i wanted "just a trim" i again explained that i just got cut and style in jan(at different salon) and i liked except sides and she chopped my hair so bad,( i have pictures to prove it.)

I went back sat and showed her how uneven and chopped and she said she could fix so i let her AFTER she finished curling she let me see in mirror and was much better, or at least i thought, all she did was cover up with curling iron. So I went in to see manager named catherine and she said i should have had shampoo, that hair has to be totally wet and if not then that is what happens.

i paid $15.95 for shampoo, cut and style and only got sprayed wet butchered and so call styled. Manager was defensive of stylist so much that she would not even look at my hair and from distance said was fine.I asked for my money back then I went to another salon and recieved shampoo, conditioner, cut and style for $11.00 and thank god she was able to fix what stylist at cutting crew messed up.
