We all need to be aware that there are companies like these out there. I received a letter from RMCB Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc stating that I had an outstanding balance of $15.63 that was overdue. The letter also stated that if I did not respond I would be subject to additional collection efforts. I did not order any Silkies Pantyhose from HCI Direct.

I sent the products that I received back to the company. I have sent a letter back to RMCB Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc., 2269 S. Saw Mill River Road, Bldg. 3, Elmsford, NY 10523 and also to HCI Direct PO Box 7857 Philadelphia, PA 19188-0001. I believe both of these companies are involved with each other because the return envelope was not to the creditors bureau but the HCI Direct. There are IN VIOLATION of the Mail Fraud Statute (Title 18, United

States Code, Section 1341). This federal consumer protection statute is intended to fight any product and service misrepresentation. “It defines fraud as a scheme or artifice which uses the US Mail to obtain money or

property by means of false or fraudulent representations.“ We need the Postal Department to check into these companies.
