On january 15 03 i cancelled my bell expressvu service because of another increase to the cost of my service.having already paid my bill this left me a credit of $9.65 at this time i was told payment might take a while and that i should call in a couple of weeks time, which i did .At that time i was told it would be looked after promptly.
Today is Feb 25,03 and I have received another statement from Bell Expressvu! showing my credit of $9.65 Thinking it was time for me to call them again I proceded to do just that!This time I was told no credit would be paid for less than $10.00 and that since I was short .35 was there a way I could send them the .35 which would now give me a credit owing of $10.00 .
Which would only cost me service charges for a cheque at my bank, plus .48 cents for Canada post. I said to them why don't you just send me $10.00 and saved us all this misery but was told we can't do that . Does anyone want a Free Bell Expressvu! system!
