Sam's Club, 815 Clepper Lane, Cincinnati, OH - ongoing problems with eye glasses

I had an eye exam & bought glasses around July 20, 2002 from: Sam' Club

815 Clepper Lane

Cincinnati, OH 45245 Since that time the following has occurred causing me to make a 30 mile round trip to get the glasses repaired each time. August Left lens popped out September Right lens popped out - trip to & from Sams's December Left lens popped out - trip to & from Sams's February Glasses made a sore on the right side of my face where they touch the bridge of my nose. At the same time, it caused a bruise on the left side of the bridge of my nose - trip to & from Sams's February Left nose piece fell off - no trip yet I am very disgusted with my glasses & Sam's service. I am not rough with my glasses. I have worn glasses for 15 years & have never had the problems I am now having with these. I paid $299.79 for the eye exam, the glasses, and a pair of clip on sunglasses. The sun glasses clip on was $12.00. I have wasted enough time and money. I would like to have my money back with the exception of the sun glasses clip on. Millie Apgar Batavia, OH 45103
