I received a confirmation that they received the zip drive, but my account has never been credited and I haven't talked to anyone since, which also frustrates me, because I don't think you should have to consistently bug a company for them to do a procedure which should be standard - item returned, money refunded. In October of 2000, I purchased a zip drive from soft4u.com. Upon receiving it, I realized it would only work if you had a USB connection. This information was not posted on their website, and I didn't have a USB connection. So, I sent it back unopened. Unfortunately, I sent it to the wrong address, and it came back to me 4 months later. So, I called the company and talked to a very nice person in Customer Service who gave me a Return Authorization Code and told me where to send my product and expressed that they would refund my money. It has been 2 YEARS and I STILL have not received a refund, nor can I get anyone to help me! Thanks- Heather Buller
