Hamilton furniture, Beaufort, NC - broken mirror delivered - phone calls not returned

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 24, 2003:

RE: Hamilton furniture, Beaufort, NC - broken mirror delivered - phone calls not returned

Hamilton furniture company in Beaufort North Carolina shipped me a broken mirror. The shipping company noted this and informed Hamiltons that they need to send a new mirror.

Not only have I not received a new mirror but Hamilton's wants nothing to do with me. They will not return any calls. I have a BROKEN mirror in my child's armoir and Lea --the maker of the furniture does not deal directly with consumers.
