Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 24, 2003:

RE: Young Gifted and Black - ordered Cousin Mattie's Daddy's People greeting cards - paid $ 45.30 in Jan., 2003 - still haven't received cards - no reply to several e-mails On 1/4/03 I ordered $45.30 worth of items from the company names Young Gifted and Black that produce greeting cards call Counsin Mattie's Daddy's Sister's People and of today 2/25/03, I've yet to receive the order or a response to the several emails that I sent to the address mentioned in the site.
The last email sent was today to email address Email User and I received a delivery failure response. This is truly bad customer service and very disheartening
