RE: AOL - trying to cancel account since Nov., 2002 - completely exhausted trying to get help I have tried via calling, email to cancel my aol account and to have the auto payments stop from being deducted from my bank account since November. I am completely exhausted at trying to find someone to help me. I no longer need or use this account and would appreciate some prompt assistance.

 

I loved aol while I had the need and would have returned at a later date but my opinion is quickly becoming less that admirable in light of the fact that it is costing me a bunch of money each month and I have not even used it.

 

Please respond to Email User again, I would like to keep a good general opinion of aol as I probably will again use its service, just not needed right now.
